Wonderful news!! On Friday, we learned that Soo-Bear's Emigration Permission ("EP") papwork has been submitted. This is a major hurdle in our journey, as EP submissions have become subject to a yearly limit (or "quota"), and we were starting to get concerned about whether our little guy's EP would get submitted before this year's quota was reached. We are so thankful for this wonderful news! At the this point, it could still be a few months before we travel, but we've officially switched into "go" mode as we frantically try to think of all that we need to accomplish before we bring home our son!

He is beautiful. He is obviously so good-natured. You can just see what a sweet and happy baby he is! My heart is so warm for you!
