Growing Our Family: come monday...and some "lost" pics

monday happened and we survived. e.b. was up before c which was new. she did fine when daddy had to leave for work and waved while saying "bye-bye." c and e.b. played in the sandbox in the backyard in the morning which led into some exploration of the trees and shrubs too. after lunch a nap was tried. e.b. slept about 30 minutes and c (although he stayed in his bed for 1 hour 15 minutes) did not sleep a wink. when i finally realized he would not sleep i swept them both outside to the front yard as they both like being out of the house for fresh air. we played in the gutter (yes the gutter) as our neighbor's water meter had broken and was giving quite the gusher in front of our home. wearing flip flops gave both littles the ability to splash around...wish i had more photos but couldn't take many as i was trying to keep them both safe. bed time came early for both and e.b. was so tired she waved saying "bye bye" to daddy as he put her in her bed. so she started her day pretty much as she ended it.
