two littles...

now that our home has two littles it is even crazier (and messier) than before. yesterday was going great until about 1:30 when the meltdown started with c which then spread to e.b. and continued on past nap and pretty much all the way till bed time for both. today my goal was to avoid even letting a meltdown begin...so there were many snacks, drinks and time at the kitchen island (this is where both kiddos seem to be happiest.) there are many dishes still in the sink (oh that bugs me!!!) the counter is littered with crayons, pens, drawing paper, books, drinking cups, bibs and snacks. we've been listening to the pororo c.d. over and over again. at this rate i think c will learn some korean words! but it's worth it to see smiles from both our littles and especially one serious miss e.b..  c  became a little more aggressive today in defending his "turf" but e.b. held her own and just walked (or ran) away when she desired to escape. guess that's a positive to bringing home a toddler.

oh, we just need to brag on e.b. for a little bit...she can say so many words in english already. here's her list: cup, more, notebook, mommy, daddy, up, sit, monkey, nut, pen, bye-bye, pee-pee, water.
